SANTIAGO, CHILE – Eleven delegates to the NYSC representing Chile met with the Foundation’s executive director Dr. Andrew Blackwood and Ms. Dinah Arnett of the U. S. Embassy today in Santiago. Dr. Blackwood was in Chile as part of a youth science education exchange program coordinated by the U. S. Department of State. The group met for ice cream and shared reflections on the NYSC experience. A NYSC Frisbee served as a good will token and will be shared by these alumni.
