Staff
The staff includes individuals who share some of the background of the delegates, and they can empathize with the current delegates' experience. All staff come to the job with lots of life experience behind them, and can share thoughts on living and studying abroad, surviving in college, targeting a future in engineering or med school, or discussing volunteer service. Staff have a passion for what they do, and are often very good at inspiring others with that same energy. For all their academic excellence and life experience, though, the staff can seem like a bunch of weirdos. Under their influence, the program keeps a very lighthearted and friendly atmosphere, and nobody really knows what will happen next -- only that it will be fun.
